Purchase / Delivery: Conclusion of contract
The General Terms and Conditions and the Conditions of Sale and Delivery apply to all contracts with CURRENTA. They shall also apply if the contractual partner refers to its own terms and conditions when placing an order.
By placing an order, you simultaneously agree to all other terms and conditions of CURRENTA, which are stated on the website.
If the order is placed using the order forms posted by CURRENTA on the website, this shall be deemed to be an offer to CURRENTA to conclude a contract. The contract is not concluded until CURRENTA sends a written order confirmation.
If the order confirmation deviates from the information provided by the customer in the order, the customer is obliged to correct the information in writing without delay. Otherwise, the contract shall become effective on the terms of the order confirmation.
