CURRENTA manages and operates one of the largest chemical sites in Europe – CHEMPARK with its sites in Leverkusen, Dormagen and Krefeld-Uerdingen. As a modern service company, we put our customers first – by creating best conditions for their research and production facilities. Our range of services includes e.g. on-site material and energy supply, a wide variety of analytical services, environmental issues management, infrastructure services and reliable safety concepts. In our daily work, we often work in cross-departmental teams. In addition to the regulars’ table, employee parties and family days, CURRENTA places great emphasis on sports. Because in addition to health aspects, there is one thing that matters most: Connecting common activities!
CURRENTA employee fundraiser campaign 2020
Great joy at many non-profit organizations around our sites. CURRENTA donates a total of EUR 48,000 to 48 projects. Under the motto “Showing closeness at a distance”, our employees decided who would benefit from the donations during this year’s employee fundraising campaign.
Every year, around 300 CURRENTA employees take part in the Leverkusen EVL run over the 10-km or half-marathon distance. Not only do we think that’s great, we also encourage it, for example by paying the entry fee, providing running shirts and windbreakers or running shoes. CURRENTA colleagues meet before the event to prepare together and, of course, afterwards – for a pleasant evening after the run.
