When depositing your credit card, in the app "YourCharge", an error message appears?
Please check,
- the validity of your credit card of min. one month,
- the correctness of the credit card data you have entered,
- the 3D Secure functionality of your credit card,
- whether a stable Internet connection was available during registration,
- whether you have entered the CVC code or received the SMS confirmation in time.

You cannot view the deposited means of payment in the "YourCharge" app, only re-enter it?

Your charging cable does not unlock?

Are visitors allowed to use the charging stations at the visitor reception in Leverkusen?
The charging stations at the visitor reception are exclusively for visitors and the shuttle service. We are working flat out to expand the charging infrastructure. If you have any further questions or problems, please do not hesitate to contact us at the following e-mail address: [email protected]
You can't see any charging points or only the charging points of one location in your "YourCharge" app?

Are charging cards from other providers compatible with CURRENTA charging stations?
Charging cards from other providers do not currently work at CURRENTA charging stations. A solution for this is being sought. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions or problems: [email protected]
Do I have to pay for the charging stations? What does the billing model look like?
You will find an overview of the charging rates below:
- at the sites (Leverkusen, Krefeld-Uerdingen, Monheim, Frankfurt and soon also Dormagen):
- Start flat rate 30 ct and
- 40 ct/kWh for AC – charging or
- 50 ct/kWh for DC – charging
- Roaming:
- Start flat rate 30 ct and
- 50 ct/kWh for AC – charging or
- 60 ct/kWh for DC – charging

How is the billing done?
Billing works via credit card and takes place monthly. In addition, you will receive a performance record, which states exactly when, where and how many kilowatt hours you have charged at what price.
