The public rail infrastructure company (EIU) of CURRENTA GmbH & Co. OHG, Leverkusen
The purpose of this website is both to publicize the company itself with the aim of promoting the acquisition of rail freight traffic to/from CHEMPARK Leverkusen and to comply with the statutory obligations according to which the operator CURRENTA must make the terms and conditions of use of its rail infrastructure within the meaning of the Railway Infrastructure Usage Ordinance (EIBV, version August 1, 2005) §4, Paragraph (1) publicly accessible to those entitled to access pursuant to §14, Paragraph (2) of the General Railway Act (AEG, version April 16, 2007).
